Job summary

Ares Enterprise, LLC seeks an experienced Team Manager / ISSO to lead the DoD RMF program, ensuring continuous Authority to Operate (ATO) and robust cybersecurity for a critical Army-focused mission support program. The role interfaces with government leadership and oversees all deliverables.

The candidate will oversee RMF lifecycle activities, COMSEC governance, security policy development, and BI reporting across enterprise enclaves. DoD RMF expertise and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certs (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CCNA, RHCSA, MCSA). PMP is a strong plus.
• 8+ years of progressive DoD IT program management; 4+ years direct ISSO experience and RMF package prep.
• Experience with eMASS, vulnerability scanners, security compliance checkers, and COMSEC governance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Government Lead; communicate activity, risks, and performance metrics.
• Direct contractor activities; optimize staffing and manage budget and risk.
• Execute full RMF lifecycle for enterprise eMASS portfolio and authorize system updates.
• Ensure all contract deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards.
• Develop COMSEC program governance compliant with AR 380-40 and related policies.
• Provide knowledge management and BI to HQ AMC and subordinate functions.
• Support security validation and authorization processes across accredited systems.
