Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking an experienced Team Manager / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead performance and RMF compliance for a critical DoD program. This role acts as the main liaison to government leadership and oversees all deliverables to maintain continuous ATO across DoD RMF processes.

The candidate will manage program strategy, resources, and COMSEC governance, ensuring robust cybersecurity posture and timely, accurate reporting to headquarters and field teams.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years managing DoD IT programs.
• At least 4+ years hands-on ISSO experience, RMF packages, eMASS workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary interface with Government Lead and stakeholders.
• Oversee RMF compliance for enterprise eMASS portfolio and security controls.
• Lead COMSEC governance and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain program management plans and reports.
