Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) III to support NSWCPD in Philadelphia. The role focuses on coordinating RMF cybersecurity processes, ensuring compliance with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD policies, and maintaining security controls across assigned systems.

The ISSO III will work closely with ISSMs, plan A&A activities, manage POA&Ms, coordinate security testing, and report security posture to program managers. A Secret clearance and a STEM degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited university.
• 6+ years coordinating security changes and ensuring policy compliance.
• Active Secret clearance and IAM-II certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity processes and activities for assigned systems.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Maintain and report A&A status to ISSM, PMs, and system owners.
• Manage POA&M and track vulnerabilities through remediation.
• Register and maintain systems in eMASS and coordinate RMF testing.
• Plan and coordinate security control testing during RMF assessments.
