Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree in CS/IT or related STEM field.
• Eight years coordinating information security program implementation.
• One of the listed certifications or IAM-II.
• Experience with DoD A&A and RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information security program implementation across NSWCPD.
• Support A&A and RMF processes per DoD requirements.
• Coordinate RMF stakeholders and ensure policy enforcement.
• Manage cyber strategy, personnel, infrastructure, and security awareness.
• Report compliance and security findings to stakeholders.
