Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Information Security Specialist (SISS3) to support NSWCPD in Philadelphia, providing senior cybersecurity expertise across RMF lifecycle, A&A, and continuous monitoring for Navy environments. You will contribute to risk assessments, remediation, and compliance with DoD/NAVSEA policies, under contract with Arlo.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years in cybersecurity, RMF, A&A, or related fields.
• IAT Level 2 certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed systems.
• Execute SAPs including on-site testing for afloat and PIT ashore systems.
• Apply STIGs and SRGs; perform ACAS scanning.
• Implement patches and configuration changes to maintain compliance.
• Analyze logs and events from ACAS, HBSS, SIEM, firewalls, and IDS.
• Develop and maintain POA&Ms in eMASS.
• Support continuous monitoring to maintain ATO status.
• Document residual risks and maintain VRAM data.
• Ensure compliance with NIST SP-800-37, SP-800-53 Rev 4, DoDI 8510.01, and NAVSEA rules.
• Conduct system security reviews and audit risk posture.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and report up the program chain.
