Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead cybersecurity efforts for a DoD customer. The role focuses on RMF implementation, A&A activities, and maintaining system authorization packages.

You will monitor vulnerabilities, analyze risks, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD and DISA requirements while applying tools like ESS, ACAS, and eMASS. Remote with occasional DC metro travel.

Qualifications

• MA/MS with at least 15 years of relevant experience; master’s degree may be substituted by equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior cybersecurity SME supporting DoD systems and capabilities.
• Support RMF implementation and A&A activities; maintain authorization packages.
• Monitor cybersecurity posture, findings, and remediation actions.
• Analyze risks and vulnerabilities; develop mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain RMF artifacts and supporting cybersecurity evidence.
• Assist vulnerability, incident, change, and audit management.
• Coordinate with system owners and Government stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide senior-level cybersecurity guidance to leadership and teams.
• Independently analyze complex challenges and propose practical solutions.
