Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a U.S. Army customer in Orlando, Florida.

This full‑time, on‑site role manages the DoD RMF lifecycle for multiple Army information systems, coordinating with government leaders, engineers, and security staff to ensure secure, compliant operations. The ISSM will oversee authorization packages, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation, aligning with AR 25‑2 and NETCOM RMF policies.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
• Minimum 8 years supporting DoD cybersecurity programs.
• Minimum 5 years supporting RMF and A&A activities.
• Experience with Army/DoD RMF implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF lifecycle for Army Information Systems in DoD environments.
• Develop and maintain Authorization Packages (SSP, POA&M, Security Categorization).
• Coordinate ATO/IATT/ATO-C and reauthorization activities.
• Manage Continuous Monitoring, vulnerability management, STIG compliance, and security reporting.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to system owners and government leadership.
