Job summary

Credence is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support RMF-based security activities for the USMS P30 system, coordinating A&A artifacts, system security plans, and continuous monitoring documentation with system owners. The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance, CISSP/CISA/CISM, a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or significant equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity/IA roles.
• Certification(s) in CISSP, CISA, or CISM are required.

Responsibilities

• Advise system owners on security posture and RMF readiness.
• Perform A&A for classified and unclassified networks per RMF.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and security documentation.
• Lead risk analyses and prepare security assessment reports.
• Support incident response and contingency planning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent

8+ years of experience
