Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a multi-year program at Annapolis Junction, MD. The role secures large-scale collection systems, leads RMF activities, and maintains SSPs, risk assessments, and C&A artifacts.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Info Assurance, or related field, plus 12+ years of relevant experience; 4 years may substitute.
• 7+ years ISSO experience supporting IC/DoD programs of similar scope.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level II or IAT Level III (CASP, CISSP, or Associate).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Enhance security posture by supporting information assurance initiatives and enforcing policies.
• Oversee security operations, assess vulnerabilities, and manage accreditation.
• Manage configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware; ensure security control compliance.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Ensure RMF/NISCAP compliance and security authorization processes.
• Provide technical security expertise and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous security improvements and system resilience.
