Zusammenfassung

American Operations Corporation (AOC) seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the BLITS 3.0 program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The ISSO will oversee operation, security, and compliance of the Hanscom JWICS environment, ensuring the availability, integrity, and protection of classified network infrastructure.

The role requires extensive DoD cybersecurity experience, including RMF, ICD 503, ATO sustainment, and coordination with the Site ISSM to maintain a high security posture

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with four years of substitute experience allowed.
• At least 10 years of cybersecurity experience in DoD or federal agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD, and federal cybersecurity directives and instructions.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI environments supported.
• Experience with JWICS, RMF, ICD 503, and ATO documentation is required or strongly expected.

Aufgaben

• Support upgrade, expansion, and integration of Hanscom JWICS SCI architecture.
• Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures protecting networks and information.
• Ensure security controls safeguard digital files and critical infrastructure.
• Respond to security breaches, viruses, and incidents.
• Coordinate RMF/ICD 503 matters to sustain ATO and high security posture.
• Serve as COMSEC custodian and support configuration management and disaster recovery.
• Advise on system security documentation for Intelligence Community SCI networks.
• Operate and maintain JWICS LAN per ICD 503 and guidance.
• Create and maintain JWICS user accounts.
• Develop CSRDs and SIAs as required.
• Prepare A&A documentation and support IAO duties in the SCIF.
