Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for the Intelligence Sector, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. This role supports large‑scale collection systems at Annapolis Junction, MD, with secure engineering, accreditation, and RMF focus.

You will lead security operations, develop SSPs and A&A packages, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the security posture. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Assurance or related field with 12+ years of experience (4 extra years may substitute).
• 7+ years ISSO experience supporting IC/DoD programs of similar scope.
• Experience with customer Info Security tool suite.

Responsibilities

• Enhance security posture by IA initiatives, policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee security operations, evaluate solutions for classified processing, and conduct risk assessments for accreditation.
• Manage configuration and system integrity, administer CM for security software/hardware/firmware, ensuring controls compliance.
• Develop and maintain security documentation: SSPs, Risk Assessments, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Ensure compliance with RMF and DoD information security processes.
• Provide technical security expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the posture.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive solutions.
