Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions seeks an Information Systems Security Officer to manage day-to-day security for classified systems at the Crane, Indiana site. You will report to the ISSM and lead RMF/ATO activities, maintain SB (SSP) and BoE artifacts, and ensure continuous monitoring and patching across systems.

You will coordinate with the security and IT teams, perform audit log reviews, and support unclassified operations as needed.

Qualifications

• US Government (DoD) IS security policies knowledge.
• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Experience with RMF/DIAC/JSIG/JAFAN security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Operate ISSO for Kratos Inc Crane Indiana.
• Support RMF/ATO processes from categorization to continuous monitoring.
• Maintain security posture and patching for classified/unclassified systems.
• Produce artifacts: SSPs, BoE, POA&Ms, risk assessments.
• Manage security training and awareness.
• Coordinate with CCB and security authorities.
