Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a highly skilled ISSO to join our Cyber Intelligence Team. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a strong RMF background to protect classified information systems.

You'll lead security architecture, manage ATOs, author RMF packages, coordinate vulnerability remediation, and advise ISSMs and program managers on enclave segmentation and lab operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for classified system security architecture, ensuring compliance with DCSA DAAG, JSIG, and NIST RMF standards across multiple programs.
• Oversee end-to-end system authorization processes—including security categorization, control implementation, validation, and continuous monitoring to maintain active ATOs and alignment with enterprise cyber governance.
• Develop and author advanced RMF documentation packages (SSP, SCTM, POA&Ms, RAR) and mentor ISSOs and System Administrators on control inheritance and risk acceptance.
• Lead vulnerability and compliance assessments leveraging Nessus, STIGViewer, SCAP, coordinating with Engineering and Program Management to remediate findings.
• Direct audit readiness and inspection efforts for DCSA and ensure security artifacts meet DAAG and program standards.
• Provide strategic security advisory support to ISSMs, FSOs, and Program Managers on architecture decisions and enclave segmentation.
• Conduct advanced incident response coordination to ensure timely containment and recovery within the system boundary.
• Drive the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness and privileged user training.
