Job summary

Arcticom, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in Anchorage, AK. You will serve as the primary authority for multiple classified and unclassified systems, providing strategic direction for security programs and leading RMF lifecycle activities across assigned systems.

Strong collaboration with AOs and stakeholders is essential. The role requires 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience, 5+ years in ISSM or senior security roles, and active security clearances (Secret;

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in ISSM or senior security role.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI possible.
• CISSP or equivalent certification required; CASP+ or CISM preferred.
• Expert knowledge of NIST 800-53, RMF and DoD cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSM for multiple classified and unclassified systems.
• Provide strategic oversight for system security programs.
• Lead RMF lifecycle across assigned systems and A&A activities.
• Oversee monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Authorizing Officials and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead security personnel.
