Job summary

ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team at Fort Greely, Alaska. You will develop and implement security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data while aligning with RMF requirements and A&A processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of ISSO experience, a Bachelor's in CS/IT, and certifications such as Security+ (CISSP/CISM a plus). You will collaborate with IT and management, educate staff, and manage risk assessments and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an ISSO or similar role.
• 2+ years of conducting risk assessments and implementing security controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address security concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate employees on information security, data privacy, and incident response.
• Provide RMF support and expertise to System Owners for appropriate cybersecurity posture.
• Analyze security posture of cloud and on-prem systems and maintain RMF A&A documentation.
