Job summary

Taleo is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity, RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring for DoD mission systems at Hill AFB, Utah. The role interfaces with program leadership, engineering, operations, customers, and AO stakeholders to maintain an acceptable cybersecurity posture throughout the system lifecycle.

The ISSM will oversee multiple ATOs, ensure DoD RMF and NIST SP 800-53 compliance, manage DISA STIGs and vulnerability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or IT related field.
• Must have relevant Air Force RMF experience.
• DoD 8140 qualification requirements at time of hire.
• CISM (preferred) and CISSP (preferred) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity activities across the program.
• Coordinate activities across ISSOs, security engineers, admins, and stakeholders.
• Manage DoD RMF lifecycle and maintain ATO packages in eMASS.
• Lead development and execution of program and customer ATO packages and artifacts.
• Interface with customer security organizations, assessors, AO representatives, and stakeholders.
• Implement RMF, NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, and applicable cybersecurity requirements.
