Job summary

Command Cyber Solutions, LLC seeks an Information Systems Security Manager at Hill AFB, Utah (on-site). The ISSM leads RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring for USAF systems, coordinating with program leadership, engineering and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity or IT, 10+ years in cybersecurity, active DoD RMF experience, and DoD 8140 qualifications. Salary $165,000–$180,000; on-site position with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT field.
• Active Air Force RMF experience preferred (DoD RMF).
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience with RMF lifecycle and ATO processes.
• Experience in DoD 8140 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity activities across the program.
• Coordinate cybersecurity across ISSOs, engineers, admins, and stakeholders.
• Manage DoD RMF lifecycle and maintain ATO packages in eMASS.
• Lead development and maintenance of program and customer ATOs with artifacts.
• Serve as primary cybersecurity point of contact for stakeholders.
• Interpret RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIG requirements across systems.
• Develop system security documentation and continuous monitoring artifacts.
• Lead vulnerability management including ACAS/Tenable and POA&M.
• Coordinate security patching and remediation with teams.
• Mentor personnel and set cybersecurity priorities.
• Represent program status in leadership meetings.
