Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD and Air Force cybersecurity requirements at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT. The role involves RMF alignment, risk assessments, and accreditation activities under the ISSM, with an emphasis on secure system design and incident response.

The candidate must hold an Active Secret Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and IAT Level II certifications. Onsite at Hill AFB, contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance required and maintain.
• IAT Level II certifications: Security+, GSEC, CCNA-Security, or CISSP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems meet DoD and Air Force cybersecurity requirements as directed by ISSM.
• Protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data.
• Support RMF authorization and accreditation activities including documentation and reviews.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Conduct security evaluations, audits, and reviews; support contingency and disaster recovery planning.
• Assist in security design to ensure proper RMF controls from the start.
• Maintain and audit authorized user access documentation and training compliance.
• Report security incidents to the ISSM and help implement corrective measures.
