Senior ISSM for DoD SAP Programs | TS/SCI Eligible

Job summary

RiseMe seeks a qualified ISSM II to support SAP activities for DoD agencies in a fast-paced environment. You will manage policy development, risk assessments, and governance across Collateral, SCI and SAP tasks while coordinating with program managers, IAOs and AIS staff.

You will ensure training, documentation, and authorization activities are up to date, and you may travel extensively within the AOR. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) to Nine (9) years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).
• Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 3 within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and evaluation of information security program policy; emphasis on SAP network infra integration.
• Analyze network security based on RMF/JAFAN; advise on IT assessment and authorization issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to customers.
• Advise government program managers on security testing methodologies and processes.
• Coordinate AIS security inspections, tests, and reviews.
• Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program.
• Ensure AIS personnel receive necessary security training.
• Maintain repository for all system authorization documentation.
• Coordinate with SSE on technical security issues outside area of responsibility.
