RedTrace Technologies seeks an experienced Information System Security Manager II (ISSM II) to lead security program activities for DoD SAP networks at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on RMF-based policy, authorization, and incident response across SCIF environments.

Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in security leadership, SAP/DoD experience, and IAM II certification readiness. Expect a challenging workload with federal governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years related experience.
• Prior performance in roles such as ISSO or ISSM.
• SAP Experience.
• Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for IAM II.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and evaluation of information system security program policy for SAP networks.
• Advise on RMF assessment and authorization issues for DoD customers.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend actions to government customers.
• Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program.
• Ensure personnel receive necessary security training.
• Manage and verify authorization documentation and boundaries.
• Develop and implement security incident response procedures.
