Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking an ISSO to safeguard DoD information systems, manage authorization packages, and coordinate security across SAP/SCI environments. You will monitor security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with DoD directives.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a counterintelligence polygraph, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M for IA Technician II or IAM II within 6 months.
• Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and SAP access.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Ensure procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware/media.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization.
• Conduct periodic reviews for security compliance.
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software/firmware with ISSM/AO/DAO.
• Monitor recovery to ensure security features are restored.
• Ensure security documentation is current and accessible.
• Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, documented.
• Attend technical/security training related to duties.
• Execute cyber security portions of self-inspection and provide security coordination.
• Identify cyber security vulnerabilities and assist with countermeasures.
• Prepare status reports of security safeguards.
• Perform ISSO duties for in-house and external customers.
• Conduct security impact analysis for configuration changes.
