Job summary

RedTrace Technologies at Hanscom AFB, MA seeks an Information System Security Manager II (ISSM II) to lead DoD SAP/SCI security efforts, RMF/JSIG compliance, and risk management across program networks.

The role requires TS clearance, DoD 8570 IAM II, and hands-on guidance for security policy, assessment documentation, and incident response, with a focus on training cyber security staff and coordinating with DoD customers.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years related experience (ISSM/ISSO roles).
• SAP experience required or preferred.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM II certification requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of information system security program policy.
• Advise on RMF assessments and JSIG authorization processes.
• Coordinate security testing methodologies and incident response.
• Develop and maintain formal Information Systems Security Program.
• Ensure training for IAOs and security personnel.
• Review assessment plans and authorize documentation.
• Engage with DoD customers and government PMs on security measures.
