Job summary

System High Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II with TS/SCI clearance to lead security programs across SAP, SCI, and collateral environments. The role emphasizes RMF implementation, JSIG guidance, and advisory support to DoD customers.

You will mentor cyber security staff and ensure robust incident response and training programs. The ISSM II will coordinate policy development, risk assessments, and authorization activities, ensuring all documentation reflects

Qualifications

7–9 years related experience in information systems security.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M IA requirements within 6 months of hire.
Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph willingness.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and evaluation of information system security programs for SAP/SCI/SAP environments.
Advise on RMF assessments and authorization issues with DoD customers.
Conduct risk assessments and provide written recommendations for authorization.
Develop and maintain formal Information Systems Security Programs and procedures.
Ensure training for IAOs, network admins, and security personnel; coordinate with PSO on external systems.
Review assessment plans, coordinate with ISSE, and maintain authorization documentation.
