Job summary

Nooks is building secured, multi-tenant WANs and seeking a Senior Cybersecurity WAN Manager to own RMF and deployment across sites. You will serve as the ISSM for WANs, drive risk management, and coordinate with DCSA and site teams to ensure timely ATOs.

This on-site role requires active Top Secret clearance, DoD IAM certification, and a proven track record in large-scale classified networks. You will lead WAN security and authorization as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience as an ISSM for classified networks under DCSA/NISP.
• Deep RMF expertise with SSPs and POA&Ms through ATO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSM for WANs and own RMF lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain authorization packages to secure ATOs.
• Project-manage WAN deployments from kickoff to authorized delivery.
• Standardize repeatable playbooks for new WANs and sites.
• Coordinate with on-site IT and operations teams at each site.
• Lead a WAN ISSO team as the network scales.
• Advise stakeholders on WAN security posture and authorization status.
