Job summary

Nooks is a pioneering CIaaS provider seeking a Senior IT Manager to own all classified WAN activities, setting the strategy, standards, and operating model for delivery, maintenance, and scaling across sites. You will manage end-to-end WAN operations, and coordinate with carriers, vendors, government stakeholders, and remote teams to sustain ATO and strong security.

Qualifications

U.S. citizens only; eligible to work in the United States.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Experience leading classified WAN programs across multiple sites.
Ability to travel up to 35% to classified sites.
Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own all classified WAN activities including strategy, standards, and operating model.
Oversee day-to-day management, health, and performance of the classified WAN across sites.
Maintain ATO posture with NIST SP 800-53 and RMF adherence.
Coordinate with government sponsors and accrediting authorities.
Lead and grow the WAN organization, hiring and developing leads.
