Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead RMF, risk management, and information assurance for classified and unclassified systems across SCIF environments in support of U.S. government programs.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 8+ years in ISSM roles, hands-on RMF, ATO processes, and experience with eMASS, ACAS, SIEM, and STIG implementation across Windows and Linux.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of ISSM experience in collateral/SCIF environments.
• Experience with eMASS and DCSA assessments.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Strong RMF expertise and knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 503, ICD 705, and NIST standards.
• Experience with ACAS, SIEM, and STIG across Windows/Linux.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred CISSP/CISM/CAP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Information System Security Program per NISPOM and ICDs.
• Advise on all classified systems security matters; oversee RMF lifecycle and authorization processes.
• Manage continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, POA&Ms, and audits.
• Maintain system documentation (SSPs, policies, SOPs) and interface with accrediting authorities.
• Oversee security posture of LANs/WANs/standalone systems and incident response processes.
• Deliver security training and governance across the organization.
