Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in Herndon, VA. The role leads RMF/A&A activities, risk assessments, and incident response while advising on cybersecurity programs and coordinating with government customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will hold relevant certifications (CISSP/GSLC/CISM), possess Top Secret/SI clearance, and have extensive RMF experience across classified environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with cyber security policies and RMF implementation.
• Experience leading Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes under RMF.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident response and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Performs security analysis of environments, threats, vulnerabilities and interfaces to ensure compliance.
• Leads and implements A&A processes under RMF for new and existing systems.
• Facilitates development of MOU/ISA/RAL and supports continuous monitoring.
• Oversees configuration management and audits security posture.
• Leads assessments and documents state of compliance with security requirements.
• Conducts risk assessments and oversees incident response activities.
• Performs periodic hardware/software inventory assessments.
• Represents organization on advanced projects and programs.
• Advises management and customers on cybersecurity research.
• Interfaces with government customers, suppliers and Boeing personnel on requirements.
