Job summary

Aalyria Technologies seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead accreditation, operation, and sustained compliance for a multi-domain, classified facility in Chantilly, VA. You will serve as the primary interface with government AOs, ISSOs, and security personnel, shaping security architecture, policy, and procedures.

This senior role requires hands-on IC accreditation experience and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with full adjudication at time of hire.
• 10+ years in information security with at least 5 in ISSM/senior ISSO roles.
• Hands-on with ICD 503 and IC A&A processes; RMF experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all A&A activities for multiple classified/unclassified systems per ICD 503, RMF, IC directives.
• Develop SSPs, SARs, and ATO/ATC packages across enclaves and authorities.
• Coordinate with AOs and system owners; track POA&M items to closure.
