Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead the security program for classified Collateral and SCI programs in our Houston, TX facility. You will manage accreditation packages and lifecycle security controls.

You will coordinate with government agencies, develop SSPs and SCTMs, mentor security staff, and ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, RMF, and JSIG in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience implementing NISPOM/ICD/JSIG in SAP/SCI environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of IT security experience.
• 2+ years in a classified (SCI) environment.
• Hands-on with SIEM tools for log analysis and correlation.
• Strong RMF knowledge and DoD/JSIG compliance.
• DoD 8140/8570 certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information system compliance across programs.
• Ensure security measures align with government policies.
• Maintain NIST 800-53 controls and SCTM documentation.
• Monitor POA&M and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with government agencies for rulings and deviations.
• Establish and monitor IS Security Program and SSPs.
• Prepare and maintain SSPs reflecting security provisions.
• Conduct security reviews and tests of information systems.
• Oversee insider threat programs and media sanitization.
• Coordinate security incident response with agencies.
• Oversee physical security integration with IS requirements.
• Manage COMSEC and cryptographic key management.
• Ensure TEMPEST/EMSEC compliance for SCI systems.
