Job summary

Aalyria Technologies is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager to lead the accreditation, operation, and sustained compliance of a new multi-domain facility in Chantilly, Virginia. You will be the primary interface with government AOs, ISSOs, and security personnel across networks and enclaves.

The role includes initial ISSO duties during facility standup, shaping security architecture, policies, and procedures with a high-trust, high-autonomy environment, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; fully adjudicated at time of hire.
• 10+ years information security experience; 5+ years in ISSM or senior ISSO role.
• Hands-on with ICD 503, RMF, and IC-specific A&A processes.
• Multi-domain classified network experience (JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet).
• Experience managing concurrent ATO/ATC processes for multiple systems.
• Familiar with TEMPEST/EMSEC and RED/BLACK separation.
• DoD 8140 / 8570 IAM Level III certification (CISSP/CISM or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead A&A activities for multiple classified/unclassified systems per ICD 503 and RMF.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, SARs, and ATO/ATC packages across enclaves.
• Coordinate with government AOs and track POA&Ms to resolution.
• Support SCIF accreditation activities and ICD 705 compliance with FSO.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring programs and vulnerability management.
• Act as ISSO during standup; transition duties to security team as it grows.
• Lead incident detection, response, and after-action remediation with government teams.
