Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an on-site Program Integrator and Site Lead for SOUTHCOM HQs to oversee a multi-billion-dollar ISR services contract, coordinating delivery, funding, logistics, and security across dispersed CONUS/OCONUS sites.

You will interface with Government portfolio owners, ensure cost, schedule, performance, and mission outcomes are met, and lead governance while driving AI-enabled improvements in ISR operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor's in related field; 6+ years with Master's in related field; or 12 years with High School Diploma.
• 10+ years leading complex technology development and multi-project portfolios with distributed teams.
• Contracts management on CPAF/CPFF vehicles; fluent with government deliverables and workflows.
• Strong financial oversight: budget planning, CLIN management, and audit-ready reporting.
• Hands-on AI automation experience in ISR, PED, OSINT, logistics.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work eligibility at USSOUTHCOM HQ.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of contract program deliverables and maintain transparency via management interface.
• Lead daily engagement with Government Owners and technical leaders; coordinate approvals and travel.
• Integrate AISR operations and mission support; synchronize with partners per project plans.
• Oversee financial execution, funding waterfalls, CLIN allocations, and audit-ready artifacts.
• Enforce DD254, clearance tracking, ITAR/JTR/FTR travel compliance and deliverable timeliness.
• Drive AI/ML automation and integrate innovative solutions across projects.
