Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the capture, proposal, and execution of ISR TC2 programs in Salt Lake City. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and EVMS experience.

You will manage the full lifecycle from capture through closeout, coordinate multi-functional activities, and report risks and status to senior leadership. Responsibilities include EVMS-based planning, leading matrix-organization teams, identifying cost-saving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 2+ years.
Candidate must have, or be willing to submit for and obtain, a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
Direct experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute development and production programs using EVMS methodology and tools.
Lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization across engineering, manufacturing, finance, contracts, etc.
Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
Coordinate with customers to identify opportunities and solutions across the program lifecycle.
Provide concise reports to management on status, risks, and resolutions.
Lead proposal teams to develop competitive DoD proposals; travel as needed.
