HII Mission Technologies seeks a highly experienced Senior ISR SME to support government customers, planning, and proposal activities. You will advise on ISR operations, aviation mission planning, and multi‑agency mission integration, traveling as needed to support missions and BD efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years of aviation/ISR experience, ability to brief senior leaders, and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in a demanding defense environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years progressive experience with Bachelor's or 6 years with Master's in related field; or 12 years with HS or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior ISR advisor to government customers and internal stakeholders on ISR planning and mission execution.
• Lead assessment and integration of ISR collection requirements to align with mission objectives and platform capabilities.
• Provide operational expertise across CONUS and OCONUS ISR missions with Combatant Commands.
