Job summary
General Dynamics IT in Suffolk, VA seeks an experienced ISR Operations Analyst SME to contribute to the CIAV team. You will provide senior-level leadership for ISR-related tasks, produce detailed analytical reports, and support planning, testing, and assessments to advance mission outcomes.
The role requires 15+ years of military ISR experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and US citizenship, with opportunities to train, advise, and coordinate across multi-source intelligence operations in a demanding
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required.
- Minimum 15 years related experience.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior level leadership for planning, preparation, research, coordination, execution, and assessment of ISR-related tasks, delivering detailed analytical reports, workflows and briefings.
- Conduct testing activities as required.
- Report task progress to Senior Program Management Analyst and government lead.
- Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
- Support sustainment efforts to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity in all tasks.
