Job summary

Plume is seeking an enterprise sales leader to penetrate UK & Ireland ISPs, guiding multi-million-dollar ACV deals from discovery through delivery. You will coordinate a virtual cross-functional team and own the commercial model, MEDDPICC, and long sales cycles.

You will travel regularly across the UK and Ireland, building senior relationships with CTOs, heads of product, customer care, and operations, while shaping Plume's roadmap with market insights.

Qualifications

• Track record selling to ISPs with recurring or subscription-based models.
• Experience owning multi-million-dollar ACV deals with 9–24 month cycles.
• Existing senior relationships across UK & Ireland ISPs or a clear plan to build them in two quarters.
• Fluency in ISP economics: ARPU, churn, cost to serve, and related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a named list of UK/Ireland ISPs, driving multi-year growth across new logos and existing deployments.
• Own the full sales cycle from executive discovery to procurement, contract and handover to delivery.
• Coordinate a virtual cross-functional team from solutions engineering, product, delivery, finance, legal and exec sponsorship.
• Forecast accurately and articulate a credible business case before solutions engineers are involved.
• Travel regularly across UK & Ireland, and occasionally across EMEA.
