Oklo is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Isotopes in Idaho Falls to lead cross-functional projects spanning isotope facility development, licensing, and operations. You will manage schedules, budgets, and contractor performance while coordinating with engineering, regulatory, and business teams.

The role requires a strong PM background, experience with regulated environments, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to deliver on milestones and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Materials Science, Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading complex technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or operational projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across technical, regulatory, and business functions.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of PM methodologies, project controls, risk management, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects supporting radi isotope production facility development and readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, regulators, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Drive alignment across technical, regulatory, operational, and business functions.
• Oversee contractor performance, procurement activities, and equipment installation.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
• Support permitting, licensing, facility modifications, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Establish and maintain project controls and change management processes.
• Contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and operational compliance.
