Clearway Energy Group is seeking a market compliance legal professional to administer ISO/RTO market regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, this role will be the primary contact for ISO/RTO compliance and work with Asset Management, Energy Management, and other teams nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in power markets compliance, JD, and strong communication skills, with knowledge of CAISO, PJM, tariff structures, and renewable asset

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) are required.
• At least five years of experience in power markets compliance or similar regulatory work.
• Knowledge of FERC and ISO/RTO tariff structures across multiple markets.

Aufgaben

• Administers, facilitates, and manages compliance with ISO/RTO requirements across CAISO, PJM, SPP, MISO, ISO-NE, NYISO, and ERCOT.
• Manages internal controls and preventive measures to support ISO/RTO compliance; tracks deadlines.
• Maintains documentation and evidence of compliance with ISO/RTO requirements.
• Collaborates with External Affairs to monitor ISO/RTO changes and communicates impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Energy Management on market rule changes that affect Clearway.
