Clearway Energy Group is seeking a market compliance legal professional to administer and manage ISO/RTO and electric regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, you will serve as the primary contact for ISO/RTO matters and work with stakeholders across the organization.

You will administer compliance across CAISO, PJM, SPP, MISO, ISO-NE, NYISO, and ERCOT, handle filings and certifications, and monitor regulatory changes to guide business impact assessments and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and JD required.
• At least five years in power markets compliance or related fields.
• Knowledge of FERC and ISO/RTO tariff structures across multiple markets.
• Experience with renewable energy assets and interconnection rules.

Responsabilités

• Administers and manages ISO/RTO compliance across CAISO, PJM, SPP, MISO, ISO-NE, NYISO, and ERCOT.
• Maintains procedures, controls, and deadlines to support compliance.
• Documents evidence of compliance with ISO/RTO requirements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to monitor changes and assess impact of market rules.
• Works with Energy Management on market rule changes.
