Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. is seeking a Senior ISO Management Systems Analyst to maintain IMS processes and ensure ISO compliance at the Miami smelter and rod plant near Phoenix. The role emphasizes governance, policy writing, and leading audits to drive continual improvement.

You will organize evidence for audits, coordinate with departments, and guide staff on ISO requirements while managing corrective actions and maintaining records. Strong data analysis and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least six (6) years of experience in quality/safety management systems or related in a mining, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Associate’s degree and at least eight (8) years of experience in quality/safety management systems or related in a mining, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High School diploma/GED and at least ten (10) years of experience in quality/safety management systems or related in a mining, manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) processes and ensure alignment with ISO regulatory requirements to minimize non-conformances and audit findings.
• Write IMS policies and procedures that comply with ISO standards and maintain document and record control governance.
• Lead internal audits to evaluate system effectiveness and drive improvement initiatives.
• Organize evidence and coordinate with departments for external audits.
• Manage corrective action processes and monitor progress to support issue resolution.
