Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Senior ISO Management Systems Analyst in Claypool, AZ to maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) processes and ensure ISO compliance across operations.

You will lead internal audits, organize evidence for external audits, write policies and procedures, manage corrective actions, and drive continual improvement through data analysis and Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in quality/safety management in mining/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards (ISO 9001, 55001, 14001, 45001).
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IMS processes and align with ISO regulatory requirements to minimize non-conformances.
• Write IMS policies and procedures and maintain document control governance.
• Support audits by organizing evidence and leading internal audits.
• Manage corrective actions and drive continual improvement.
• Provide guidance on ISO requirements and risk mitigation.
