Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior ISO Management Systems Analyst in Globe, AZ to lead enterprise-wide ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will maintain IMS, drive audit readiness, and guide cross-functional teams in corrective actions and data-driven enhancements.

The ideal candidate brings strong ISO expertise, audit leadership, and proficiency with Power BI and MS Office in a mining/manufacturing/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• BS/AS/HS diploma with 6–10+ years in quality/safety management in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 55001, 14001, 45001, etc.).
• Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) aligning with ISO requirements.
• Write IMS policies and procedures; manage documents and records control.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits; organize evidence.
• Drive corrective action processes and continual improvement.
