Job summary

Endurion is seeking a Sr Instructional Systems Design professional (temporary) to support the Joint Special Operations University mission. The role focuses on developing courseware, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring compliance with JSOU standards within the JSOU LMS.

Requirements include MA/MS, four years of instructional-design experience, and Four years of experience with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master of Arts/Science in a related field.
• Four years of instructional-design or related experience.
• Experience with DoD military education and training environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, train, and mentor junior developers.
• Review courseware for JSOU standards and quality.
• Develop courseware including IMIs, podcasts, and videos.
• Manage LMS content: upload banners, modules, and links.
• Design using Storyline and schedule audio recording.
