Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead the security posture of Wright-Patterson AFB information systems. The role requires DoD RMF, FISMA, and NIST expertise within a government contracting environment.

You will develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, oversee the RMF lifecycle, manage POA&M items, support eMASS/ATO workflows, coordinate with system owners and DevSecOps teams, and review ACAS, Splunk, STIG, and audit logs to sustain

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Cyber Security or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience in DoD environments.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience with RMF, FISMA, and NIST standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RMF lifecycle, including SSP development, accreditation, and reviews.
• Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Coordinate POA&M items and remediation with owners and technical teams.
• Support eMASS package development and ATO coordination.
• Monitor and review ACAS, Splunk, STIG, IAVM, and logs to identify risks.
• Coordinate security validation testing in DevSecOps, on-prem and cloud.
• Act as primary contact for SCA/SCAR inspections and assessments.
