Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to own our production environment, focusing on infrastructure and security controls. You will work closely with the CIO and a small technology group in a hybrid NY office.

The role spans identity, endpoints, networking, security operations, incident response, and automation. Prior ISO27001/SOC 2 experience and scripting skills are essential, with room to grow AI tooling adoption.

Competenze

• 7+ years in systems administration including senior ownership of a production environment.
• Experience with governance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF) and audit support.
• Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day environment operations and security controls.
• Lead identity, endpoint, network, and cloud security configurations.
• Coordinate with CIO and SOC for incident response and remediation.
• Contribute to ISO 27001 programme, audits, and client assessments.
• Develop automation and reporting via PowerShell and Graph.
