Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior IS Analyst to maintain and optimize the IT security/compliance operations around Enterprise Compliance Archiving, MS Purview, and related data feeds. The role requires collaboration with Legal, Compliance, HR, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment and data resilience.

The candidate will drive automation, support Tier 2 issues, and partner with vendors while maintaining licensing, reporting, and process documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience with financial institutions and regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft 365 Purview Compliance Center
• Experience with eDiscovery/Compliance tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with data archiving/connectors

Responsibilities

• Support Franklin Templeton’s Enterprise Compliance Archiving infrastructure
• Develop automation to improve system performance and resiliency
• Provide escalated Tier 2 support and SME guidance
• Manage permissions and retention policies in Purview
• Support eDiscovery cases and surveillance policies
