Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior IS Analyst - IT Security/Compliance Operations to support and optimize Enterprise Compliance Archiving in Microsoft 365 Purview. The role requires building automation, monitoring service resiliency, and providing Tier 2 support for compliance tools.

Ideal candidates have strong collaboration, detailed documentation, and experience with financial regulatory data archives. Hybrid work locations include Fort Lauderdale, FL, with other U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Purview.
• 3+ years of industry experience with financial institutions and regulatory requirements surrounding communications retention.
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure Automation Runbook, Logic App or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with at least one of the financial services industry’s major regulatory data archive vendors.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 & 2 support for Microsoft 365 Purview Compliance Portal.
• Manage permissions within MS Purview Compliance Portal based on Access Request workflow.
• Manage corporate retention policies within MS Purview Compliance Portal – Data lifecycle Management.
• Support eDiscovery cases & surveillance policies (eDiscovery/Communication Compliance).
• Support data archiving connectors (including 3rd party connectors) into O365 (Data Connectors).
• Solution, document and execute request changes pertaining to MS Purview Compliance Portal.
• Monitoring and reporting to ensure data quality and service resiliency.
