Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst
What You Will Do
As a Sr. Associate IS Business Systems Analyst, you are responsible for leading complex business analysis activities and supporting business and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery of change. The role operates with minimal supervision, manages multiple stakeholders, and contributes to improving processes, systems, and outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Eliminate, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Serve as a critical bridge between the warehouse team and the business, translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable items for the IS Warehouse team.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes and delivery efficiency.
- Proactively communicate and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and communication needs while implementing cross‑functional capabilities.
- Generate reports for stakeholders as requested.
- Provide clarifications and support to stakeholders when needed.
- Ensure overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered solutions.
- Maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and processes.
What We Expect Of You
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across the team.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to understand and manage numerous competing priorities.
- Ability to support the team in multiple capabilities and communicate clearly.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Working knowledge of MacBook Pros and the challenges of Macs in a Windows office environment.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience working in enterprise or large‑scale environments.
- Ability to work well with competing priorities and changing deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics, large‑scale shipping and receiving.
- Working knowledge of Asset Management and how assets move through their lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management catalogs, CMDB, and Asset Tables.
