The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is seeking an IS Business Automation Senior to lead automation projects within the DTSD’s Project Management and Data Services Unit. This role coordinates scope, schedule, and budgets, ensures policy compliance, and delivers analytics reports that support project decisions.

The position is based in Madison, WI, with a required hybrid schedule: at least two days on-site at the Hill Farms State Office Building and telework within Wisconsin where feasible.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT programs or projects through full lifecycle.
• Converting business requirements to technical system requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and product ownership responsibilities.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams throughout projects.
• Training or experience using data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead multifaceted automation projects from inception to completion.
