Job summary

Humana is seeking a Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Anaplan architecture for Workforce Planning and Workforce Management. You will collaborate with Finance and HR, align with enterprise architecture, and guide integration with major systems.

You will mentor teams, set standards for modeling and governance, and drive platform optimization with a focus on data security and governance. This role is remote with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Anaplan including model building, architecture, ALM, and security configuration.
• Proven experience supporting both Finance and HR planning domains.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, workforce management, and org design.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, Anaplan Connect, APIs).
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in predictive modeling tools/techniques (Python, R, Azure ML).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Workforce Planning and Workforce Management domains.
• Set the architectural vision and standards for Anaplan across the organization.
• Serve as SME for enterprise-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations.
• Mentor Lead Architects and team members in modeling frameworks and governance.
• Engage in strategic planning, platform optimization, and alignment with enterprise initiatives.
• Lead design/implementation of Anaplan modules for Finance: headcount cost modeling, compensation planning, forecasting, scenario analysis; HR: position management, hiring plans, attrition modeling, workforce analytics.
• Oversee integration strategies with enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) ensuring seamless data flow.
• Subject matter expert on Anaplan security models, user roles, access controls across domains.
• Lead offshore and cross-functional teams in model development, testing, deployment.
• Establish/reporting/dashboard solutions using Anaplan and Power BI/Tableau.
• Help shape enterprise planning roadmap with Finance and HR leadership.
