Ideal candidates have 10+ years of supervisory experience in industrial construction, strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and NCCER credentials.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of supervisory experience in industrial construction.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to supervise large teams and coordinate multiple crafts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft activities and foremen; ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor project schedule and cost reports; manage resources and materials.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and client personnel to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and project budgets; report to Project Manager.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
• Represent Traylor Industrial Construction to clients and partners.
